Who receives your information

The website operator’s details will be published before enquiry forms open. This initiative is independent of the park authority.

Information you choose to share

Support forms ask for an email address and your statement of support. Idea and partnership forms collect the details shown on the form. These enquiries are delivered to the website team, stored in its CMS inbox and may be included in notification emails.

How enquiries are used

We use your submission to respond to you, review an idea or understand interest in the park’s future. Your email is not displayed publicly. Occasional marketing updates require a separate, optional choice. An enquiry does not automatically become a verified supporter or a public vote.

Photographs and personal memories

Photographs selected in My Place in the Park and generated images remain in your browser until you choose to download or share them. Story previews are temporary and are not published. Reloading the page clears the preview.

Maps and external services

Interactive maps request tiles from OpenStreetMap. When these requests occur, the service receives technical connection information, including your IP address. External links, including Google Street View, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

The enquiry retention period will be published before public forms open.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information.
